Limited Warranty
Break Innovation Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, except that the materials from which its products are made are of standard quality. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of this product. There is no warranty of merchantability of the product, or of the fitness of the product for any purpose. Break Innovation Inc’s sole obligation is to replace any defective material upto the extent of the purchase price, but expressly disclaims liability for damages, including special or consequential damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product. This warranty applies only to products in original container and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or negligence. All claims must be received in writing (registered) within 30 days from date of delivery and failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims. All returned shipments must have prior written authorization. We reserve the right to charge an up to 25% fee on returned goods.

All prices are quoted in US dollars, FOB Downers Grove and are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are prepaid and billed to the customer.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days on approval of credit. We reserve the right to request advance payment in certain cases. The buyer is responsible for associated bank charges on all overseas transactions. A 1.5% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to invoices from date of shipment.
Returns
All returns must be received in writing (registered) within 30 days from date of delivery and failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims. All returned shipments must have prior written authorization. We reserve the right to charge an upto 25% fee on returned goods.
Title of Products & Shipment
The title of goods and products sold hereunder shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of products to the carrier.

We reserve the right to delete products or change product specifications at any time without prior notice.
